Outstandly is responsible for information collected through this website. For questions about this notice or to exercise your data rights, use the contact form and describe your request. Please provide only the information needed to identify the relevant inquiry.

Project inquiries

When you contact us, we collect your name, company, email address, project description and any service interest you select. We use these details to assess your request, communicate with you and discuss a potential engagement. We do not use inquiry details for unsolicited marketing.

We process business inquiry information for our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Please avoid submitting confidential business material or sensitive personal information.

Storage and retention

Project inquiries are encrypted at rest in the website’s storage. When email delivery is configured, a copy is sent to the designated Outstandly mailbox over an encrypted connection. Access should be limited to people handling the inquiry and operating the service.

The website retains inquiries for up to 90 days. Expired records are removed during subsequent inquiry processing. Email copies and records that become part of an active business relationship are handled separately according to the purpose of that relationship and applicable retention requirements.

Security and spam prevention

The form uses server-side validation, a time-limited signed token, an automated submission trap and request limits. Request identifiers used for rate limiting are hashed; raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database. Hosting providers may process technical connection information in their own operational logs.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising cookies. A local storage entry named outstandly-privacy remembers whether you allow optional analytics. This preference is stored only in your browser. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change it at any time.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, the website counts views by page and calendar day. It does not use analytics cookies, create visitor identifiers, collect query strings or record your form content in analytics. Aggregate counts are retained for up to 90 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Essential-only mode sends no analytics events.

Providers and transfers

Hosting and email service providers may process information needed to operate this website and handle inquiries. Contact us if you need details about the providers, processing locations or transfer arrangements relevant to your inquiry. We do not sell inquiry data.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing or request portability where relevant. Contact us with your request. You can also raise a concern with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority.
